Service Rates

Rates, terms, & conditions are subject to change without prior notification. Special rates, extended minimums and alternate cancellation policies may apply on special event days. Tolls and parking charges are additional. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.


Credit card required for all reservations. All credit cards will be verified for the quoted price before vehicle leaves the base (our office). All credit cards will be ID verified. We accept all major credit cards. We do not except credit cards provided by a third party, unless we have verified owner and approval from the owner in writing. All credit card transactions will occur on the date client made the reservation unless otherwise requested.

Additional charges, including, but not limited to “Wait time”, “After hours”, “Meet and Greet”, “Gratuity”, “Cancellations or No Show”, “Additional stops” and other fees, will be itemized on the invoice. Corporate accounts will be charged an additional 5% if payment was made by corporate credit card.


To make reservations, please call us from 1-(858) 263-0202 or email us at info@pacificatransportation.com. Upon receipt of your reservation request, subject to availability we will email or fax your confirmation in writing. Reservations are not valid unless you have a written confirmation from Pacifica Transportation LLC. Only our office staff has the right to make and confirm reservations. Our drivers, tour guides and other employees do not make reservations and confirmations will be void. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the actual pick-up time. However, last minute reservations are possible depending on vehicle availability. To avoid misunderstanding, please check your confirmation carefully. If you find any mistakes in the confirmation letter, please contact us immediately. Our drivers will be routed by the information on the confirmation letter, such as pick up address and pick up times.

Flat Rate Pricing

Pacifica Transportation LLC has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.

As Directed (Hourly) Pricing

For travel between locations where a flat rate does not exist, Pacifica Transportation LLC will charge the vehicles prevailing hourly rate which is $70/per hour with a two (2) hour minimum charge. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until the time it returns to the vehicle’s garage in 15 minute increments. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next quarter-hour.

Vehicle tipe surecharge

SUVrequests are an additional $20 surecharge ($40 for LAX SUV trips).

Driver gratuity

Industry standard driver gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to all online reservations unless another gratuity amount is specified.

Additional equipment

Car seats are provided for $10 per car seat.

Wait Time Policy

Our grace period is defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at $30/per hour in fifteen (15) minute increments and in forty five (45) minute for Airport-Pick up reservations if the passenger contacted us after arrival. If no contact has been made within 45 minutes (1 hour for LAX flights) the reservation will be considered as “No Show”.

Pacifica Transportation LLC is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline. Pacifica Transportation LLC does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes. Pacifica Transportation LLC does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.

Stop Policy

Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged at ten (10) dollars per stop and will be calculated on a $3/mile basis. Stop times lasting in excess of 15 minutes will result in wait time charges.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation must be made within six (6) hours of scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation charges. Late Cancellations are charged the full amount of the scheduled trip.

No Show Charges

If client is unable to locate client’s chauffeur for any reason, client should immediately contact Pacifica Transportation LLC at (858) 263-0202, 24 hours a day/ seven days a week. Our Dispatch Offices will be able to locate the chauffeur immediately and facilitate a meeting point. “No Show” charges will apply in the event the client fails to call our office before leaving the scheduled pickup location. This charge also applies if client fails to cancel the reservation and the chauffeur is dispatched. No Shows are charged the full amount of the scheduled trip.

For Airport-Pick up reservations client needs to have cell phones ON upon arrival. Pacifica Transportation is not responsible if the passenger is unreachable after arrival. If no contact has been made within 45 minutes (1 hour for LAX flights) the reservation will be considered as “No Show”.

After hours policy

For the trips made between midnight and 04:00am there is an additional $20 surcharge.

Meet and Greet policy

Depending on client’s preference, our chauffeurs are available to meet passengers in the arrivals lounge or curbside upon arrival.
Our chauffeur will be waiting patiently for client with a placard with client’s name in the baggage claim area at the airport aqnd will help with the luggage. Meet&Greet service charge is an additional $10 (for LAX it is $15).

In another choice client should call the Dispatch Office after deplane and proceed to the curbside. Chauffeur pulls to curbside shortly with emergency light flushing. Placard with customer name will be placed on the front windshield.

Arrival Time

The time of arrival at starting point, stop-over point, destination or return to point of origin cannot be guaranteed. Travel speed limits are prescribed by law, and chauffeur is instructed to travel at all times at speeds compatible with safe operation. Road, traffic and weather conditions are beyond the control of Pacifica Transportation LLC and the chauffer, and no refunds shall be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the control of Pacifica Transportation LLC or the chauffeur.

Baggage and Other Property Transported

Pacifica Transportation LLC does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the handling or maintenance
of any baggage, parcels or other property. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Baggage and all other personal property will be handled only at client’s own risk. Client’s baggage shall be carried subject to the available accommodations.

Personal Belongings

Pacifica Transportation LLC are not responsible for articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. You expressly waive any and all notice from Pacifica Transportation LLC regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of same. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

Objectionable Persons / Smoking

Pacifica Transportation LLC reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxication liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the chauffeur feels threatened in any way.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Conduct of Passengers

Client shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.

Prohibition of Weapons, Explosives, Oxygen, Pets, Livestock And Other Dangerous Or Unusual Cargo

Weapons of any type, including firearms, are strictly forbidden on any Equipment (whether in baggage or on the person) at any time. Transportation of explosives, fireworks and other flammable, combustible, toxic or otherwise dangerous material or items or pets or livestock of any kind are also strictly forbidden, even if intended to be transported in the baggage compartment of the vehicle. If previously approved by Pacifica Transportation LLC, oxygen for medical use is permitted, but is so used at the sole responsibility of the client.

Unusual Cleaning

If, during or after the transportation service, Pacifica Transportation LLC is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and material clean the vehicle due to acts of the client, Pacifica Transportation LLC, at its option, may charge client additional fees to cover such additional time and materials.


The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicle, caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A damage fee of $250.00 will be charged if the client or any member of their party causes any damage to the vehicle, interior or exterior, electronic equipments, etc. In addition to the $250.00 damage fee, the client will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damaged parts and materials and will be responsible for vehicles down time at the rate of $250 per day during the repair. The repair or replacement of any damaged items shall be at the sole discretion of Pacifica Transportation LLC.


Pacifica Transportation LLC not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdown, etc. Pacifica Transportation LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.

Pacifica Transportation LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Terms and Conditions shall be deemed complete and effective upon posting on www.pacificatransportation.com
